Caléo, a rental seniors’ residence with a wing dedicated to condos on the 4th floor, is located in the heart of Boucherville on Montreal’s South shore.

The building comprises 338 units, has obtained its LEED silver certification, and includes many common areas like an interior zen garden and a covered outdoor patio.

The Raymond Laberge Library, formerly known as the Châteauguay Municipal Library, is the result of a design competition held by the city and awarded to Atelier TAG and JLP architectes. Covering more than 29,000 square feet, this energy-efficient building was designed to be 40% more efficient than current standards.

One of its most notable features is an imposing stone wall, nicknamed La Pierre Levée.

This industrial building is home to CMP’s new factory in Châteauguay. Spanning more than 66,000 square feet with 35-foot ceilings in the production area, it also includes 12,000 square feet of offices with 6,000 square feet on the mezzanine level.

The building is at the cutting edge of energy efficiency, featuring a highly efficient ventilation system, high-performance thermal insulation, and solar panels capable of generating over 185 KW.

Élogia Phase 2 is a rental seniors’ residence with a single storey of condos. It was integrated into the existing structure, which was built in 2007. Phase 2 added 311 units, 24 condos, and a ground-floor commercial complex.

The building blends perfectly into the Olympic Park area and its surroundings.

Floréa, a 326-unit rental seniors’ residence with a floor dedicated exclusively to condos, is located at the top of Gascon Road in Terrebonne.

Floréa features 18 unique common areas, including an indoor tropical garden with a glass walkway, a library on the 8th floor, and commercial space on the ground level.

Humano (now called Lumineau) is a 179-unit, 7-floor residential rental complex located near the Magog River in Sherbrooke.

Its standout features include curved balconies on every side of the building and an exceptionally large interior courtyard.

Delivered on October 1, 2023, this seniors’ residence features 314 rental units over 10 floors, including 24 signature care studios. It is conveniently located on the corner of de Maisonneuve West and Ste-Catherine West in Montréal.

The building is modern, luxurious, and spacious, with common spaces and high-end amenities including a two-storey garden and patio in the inner courtyard.

Mellem Brossard comprises 254 rental residences on 12 floors, with retail space on the ground level. Built using a concrete structure, it features a facade primarily clad in black and white masonry, as well as upscale common areas.

Extending over two floors and divided between two buildings connected by an interior walkway, the Mila office and research center development covers an area of over 90,000 square feet. The space is made unique by custom cabinetry fixtures that complement the interior steel structures.

Almost all of the offices are separated by glass partitions, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the space.

Noca’s three condo-style towers include 331 units, from studios to penthouses (Noir Collection), divided between 8 storeys. The project’s coveted location along Montreal’s Lachine Canal sets it apart from the rest, coupled with its contemporary design featuring sleek irregular shapes.

The former textile building at 6666 and 6650 St. Urbain is part of a large-scale Gerpro renovation project called O Mile Ex. Everything but the building’s concrete structure was demolished, then transformed into a commercial space spanning more than 40,000 square feet.

Gerpro was also responsible for outfitting offices for a number of tenants, including EDP, Ivado, Mila, and Tricot Principale.

Proslat’s industrial building, located in the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield ecopark, covers more than 74,000 sq. ft. It features over 10,000 sq. ft. of office space across two floors, divided by glass partitions. This impressive structure beside Highway 530 houses the company’s production and warehousing plant.

The building includes three loading docks, two ground-level entrances, and offices with full-height curtain walls.

This was the Théâtre Denise-Pelletier’s second major renovation since it opened in 1930. The project included a complete overhaul of the auditorium, as well as the restoration of the original foyer in the lobby.

The building’s new facade includes a new marquee to preserve its original character.

The Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne’s construction embodies an innovative combination of wood and concrete, fusing culture and nature with a unique architectural concept. This project features outdoor walled gardens, an open-air public plaza, a 694-seat auditorium, and a natural amphitheater.

On each level, large curtain walls give way to a view of the river and neighbouring public parks.
